You have a contact with a potential seller or buyer. You discreetly inform us about this opportunity and establish contact – naturally, only with the consent of the person in question.
2. We take over the process
From this point on, we take care of everything. We conduct the discussions, evaluations, and negotiations with the utmost professionalism and discretion. You can sit back and relax.
3. Success and payout
Once the sale or purchase of the company has been successfully completed and notarized through our services, you will immediately receive your contractually agreed referral fee. This typically ranges between €2,000 and €30,000.
A concrete example
Imagine you know the owner of a medium-sized IT systems house (approx. 20 employees) who wants to retire in the next few years but doesn’t yet have a successor. You establish contact between the owner and JustValued.
We handle the entire process, evaluate the company, find a suitable strategic buyer through our network, and support the negotiations. The company is successfully sold for a purchase price of €2,000,000 .
The lower commission agreement is: 5% – This is based on the deal volume and your commission would amount to €7,000 in this case.
The combined commission for buyer and seller can therefore amount to approximately €14,000 in this case . It doesn’t matter whether the buyer or seller of the company is a family member, acquaintance, or relative.
